| This course provides a way to handle and publish own data by using applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Additionally, hot topics of information science, including bioinformatics, are also covered. |

1. Introduction 2.Computer: Hardware and software, Operating System 3. Internet: e-mail, Web browser, Google, Search Engine 4-5. Word (Word Processor): Documents, Documents with tables 6-7. Excel (Spread sheet): Numbers and Strings, Calculation, Graphs, Tables 8-11. PowerPoint (Presentation): Figures, Slides, Presentation 12-13. Production of web pages 14-15. Hot topics of “Computer Science”: Programming, Bioinformatics, Data Mining Note: This curriculum may be changed to reflect students’ literacy levels and requests. |
