Course description

Food safety is a subject that needs to be addressed not only through natural scientific approaches but also through social scientific approaches. This lecture is performed from a standpoint of agricultural economics, and an intensive course of the second semester.

Expected Learning

（１）Assimilate what the food safety is. （２）Assimilate systems and standards for attaining food safety. （３）Assimilate problems of food safety.
