This course will introduce students to concrete ideas for improving their understanding of scientific English. Students will develop their basic academic reading and writing skills. TED TALKS will be introduced as supplementary materials for learning authentic, effective presentations. |

By the end of the course, 1. Students will develop their reading skills so that they can comprehend science and technology papers in English. 2. Students will be better able to write an abstract of a graduation thesis in clear and concise English. 3. Students will learn how to prepare and organize science and technology PowerPoint presentations. |
