Course description |
Skills to use remote sensing (RS) and geographic information system (GIS) is essenttial for analyzing environmetal information. In this lecture, basic knowlegde on RS and GIS is introduced with various examples in the first half of the course. Based on those knowlege, how to deal with water and material behavior in environment by using RS and GIS will be lectured. Moreover, the basic concept of modeling will also be introduced with some exercised. |
Expected Learning |
(1)Understanding RS and GIS in environmental infomration, and obtaining some skills to use them. (2)Understanding how to use RS and GIS in water and material behavior, and obtaining some skills. (3)Understanding the concept of modelling and obtaining some basic skill to conduct modelling. |
