This is a seminar with a few students on the subject the teacher will select for 1st grade students. The students are required to free their selves from a reactive stance through the classes in high school. A goal of the seminar is to raise awareness of what they want to know and study them by their selves and to bring up the capacities for reading, writing, expressing and communicating. The student are expected to become awareness of college students and improve their personalities in the university, and to get basic skills to play an important role in society near futures through interaction with teachers over the academic discipline of students. |

| Course schedule |
| There are many people which suffer from several types of diseases. What do you know about diseases of celebrities and close relatives? We will well understand the diseases the students want to know by collecting information and presenting data, taking respectful minds with patients with cancers in the lung, liver, stomach, and large intestines, cardiovascular diseases (cardiac infarct, cardiopathy), nerve diseases (Alzheimer and Parkinson’s diseases), respiratory diseases (asthma, COPD, pulmonary fibrosis), and metabolic syndromes (diabetes, atherosclerosis). The teacher will explain these disease the students will select and discuss with them about the similarities between human and animals, thereby providing chance for a better understanding diseases. |
