Course description |
This is a seminar lesson for first-year students on a specific topic prepared by the faculty in charge. Growing out of the style of passive knowledge learning that you have done in education until entering the university, you should acquire the method of self-study with a problem consciousness at the university. Among them, we aim to nurture your reading comprehension skills, creative ability, expressiveness and communication skills.
|
Expected Learning |
Unity and diversity of life.
|
Course schedule |
The organism's structure is splendidly purposeful, and it seems likely that there is no unnecessary function in the organisms (= unity). On the other hand, there are surprising diversity in the species on the earth and its society. I would like to think about what these diversity mean, while contrasting with integration.
You voluntarily select and research the subject matter, and will have presentation and discussion every time at the lecture.
