Course description

・The paradigm“economic growth=development”was dominant　until now. But since 1990 years, this main paradigm was rethinking. The world financial crisis of 2007~09 years, Japan earthquake disaster and FUKUSIMA　nuclear crisis of 2011 years etc. Question of this lecture is this main paradigm and the developments as uppering of the life of people are proposed.
