Intellectual property system is one of the basic education in the industrial society of present-day. Students who become researchers and engineers are required to understand and to utilize the system. In this lecture, students learn the laws of intellectual property rights, including patent law. And students will also learn the practice of patent application, patent search and so on. Because text will be distributed in lecture, student will not need to be prepared. |

(1) Understanding the overview of the intellectual property system such as patent. (2) learning how to use patent information useful in research activities in the future. (3) learning the practical skills that is fundamental such as making a patent application. |
