Course description |
The purpose of this class is to understand integral and differential in multidimensional function. In particular, please deepen their understanding by solving a lot of examples of them. It is desirable to review the knowledge of differential and integral of the univariate function is so essential (which is studied in Calculus I) and vector and matrix (which is studied in Linear algebra) |
Expected Learning |
Learners who successfully complete this class will be able to: ・Understanding limit and continuity of multidimensional function ・Calculating partial and total differential of multidimensional function ・Calculating derivative of composite function ・Understanding multidimensional Taylor’s and Maclaurin’s theorem ・Solving extremum problems for multidimensional function ・Calculating multiple integral for multidimensional function ・Understanding Applications of multiple integral ・Understanding series, line integral |
