Course description |
This course provides students with Newtonian mechanics, the relationship between force and motion in the language of mathematics. The topics also include multi-particle dynamics and rigid body dynamics. The results of mechanics have a wide variety of applications in science and engineering. |
Expected Learning |
(1) Understand Newton's laws of motion and apply them to some movements of a particle. (2) Recognize the law of conservation of energy. (3) Describe multi-particle dynamics and rigid body dynamics. |
