The phenomenon analysis of the chemical reaction, flow analysis of the mixer and chemical process simulation are necessary for the chemical engineering. The simulation becomes the required tool for chemical engineer. This lecture includes the following contents. (1) The basics of technology calculation. (2) Description of the real program |

Week 1: Short introduction and Solution to the problem approach of the chemical engineering Week 2: Algorithmic digital processing Week 3: Program = algorithm + data Week 4: Experimental data and empirical formula (essence of the method of least squares) Week 5: Review Week 6: The empirical formula using the Clausius-Clapeyron type, bisection algorithm, the Regula Falsi method Week 7: The Newton method, total review Week 8: Review day Week 9: Midterm examination Week 10: Answer of the midterm examination and program for the solution of the quadratic equation Week 11: The acquisition of an input and output sentence and the judgment sentence Week 12: Program fabric (coherence structure, choice structure, repeating structure) full mastership Week 13: Solution of the nonlinear equation by the Newton method Week 14: Goal "vapor-liquid equilibrium calculation" Week 15: Term-end examination |
