Course description |
In this lecture, we will outline the basic physical and chemical properties of various materials used in electric and electronic industries. I also introdeuce some examples of device application of the materials. Through this lecture, I intend to give the knowledge of fundamental material and device application technologies, which will be indispensable for researchers and engineers working in the electric and electronic fields in the future. |
