Course description |
This course reviews ordinary differential equations in the first half of semester. It provides students with the mathematical foundations of partial differential equations in the second half of semester. Also, it will address the basic solution techniques associated with the heat equation, wave equation, and Laplace’s equation. |
Expected Learning |
Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to understand the mathematical foundations of partial differential equations as well as the basic solution techniques associated with the heat equation, wave equation, and Laplace’s equation. |
