Participants learn the basics of soil management and nutrient cycling in rural ecosystems, and discuss the potentials and limitations of organic and no-fertilizer farming practices in small garden plots. |
Expected Learning |
1. To understand the sustainability indicators of biological resource uses, 2. To understand the issues of biological resource uses in Japan and developing regions. |
Course schedule |
