Course description
This course provides the advanced knowledge and understanding of the physiological function, ecological and behavioral characteristics of human (i.e., human ergology) in various environmental changes.
Expected Learning
Gain understandings of concept and design for various circumstances from the aspect of the human ergology.
Course schedule
Lecture on the topics on human ergology. For example:
- How to record and analysis the human biological signal
- Information processing approach for human movement control
- Autonomic nervous system and human movements

Each student address the issues set through the discussion at this class. In the past year, the issues were following:
- Heart rate variability and saliva amylase activity during various mental tasks.
- Changes in brain blood oxygenation during music listening.

Assessment/Grading
Attendance (60%) and presentation (40%). If your absence on researches with your thesis, please let me know in advance.
