1 This course gives an explanation about post-harvest which is a series of process through production, harvest, preparation, circulation and consumption. Beside case examples of post-harvest in abroad are introduced. 2 An advance example about production and marketing of rice in Japan is introduced. This course will also give related explanations about IT technology, government subsidies, and law. Beside the future vision of rice production will be discussed. |
