| In this lecture, as management courses, and citing as an example the tip machine, I will start by discussing zero-based how to defend and use own created "intellectual property". The intellectual property strategy, there are several patterns, while imaging to reach the final point of the created intellectual property, use of different pattern is required. This lecture, not only knowledge transfer from the teacher, and think for themselves students while performing the discussions and exercises, has the goal to get the intellectual property strategy pattern. |

Week 1: Orientation、Intellectual property rights introduction Description of how to proceed tuition , rules , course content , reaching standards and performance evaluation method, about Intellectual property rights Week 2: Intellectual property rights in general and Patent 1 Review and difference of intellectual property rights, to flow right from the creation of the invention Week 3: Patent 2 Efficacy and the property of the patent rights, restriction of the enforcement, Patent strategy, Application Week 4: Patent 3 Scope of light, Foreign application Week 5: Others 1 Utility model, Design, Trademark 1 Week 6: Others 2 Trademark 2, Copyright, Know-how Week 7: Others 3 Infringers provisions (trial, litigation, border measures) Week 8: The importance of pre-investigation and Confirmation test Point of view about application of patent, design, and trademark, Differences of search before R＆D and search before implementations (Confirmation test) I question the knowledge of intellectual property rights that are required to Intellectual Property Strategy.
