| Course description |

Students will learn how to carry out planning of a new project and survey of the related fields in detail for obtaining information about experiments required and results possibly obtained, and will discuss about possibility of the realization of this virtual project. This experience is very important for students to actually perform research and development after their finishing PhD courses.

For this course, students determine a subject different from their own one with the aid of a professor who is not the research adviser. Discussion with this professor for a couple of time will lead to presentation by students which will be reviewed by two other professors.
