Course description
This course will address about some applications of measuring techniques, analyses, and evaluations of light-tissue interactions as well as the applications of spectral imaging techniques. It also provides students with the cutting-edges of biomedical optics and photonics.
Expected Learning
Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to understand applications of light-tissue interactions and light transport models to the biophotonics and functional imaging

3. Spectral analysis with multivariate statistics
4. Diffuse reflectance spectroscopy
