| Course description |
| Students will learn about variety of visualization technique for invisible object, such as for remote sensing, and computed tomography by means of sound wave, electromagnetic wave, light waves, and X-ray. |
| Expected Learning |
| Learners who successfully complete this course will be able to get the insight into a nature of measurement as an inverse solution of the physical system, and cope well with the variety of measurement and imaging problem in the today’s engineering world. |

MRI (Magnetic resonance imaging): principle of MRI, device configuration, medical diagnosis 4. Measurement and imaging through ultrasound: medical diagnosis, seismic exploration, ocean acoustics 5. Wave CT (Ultrasound CT): holography, synthetic aperture method, diffraction tomography |
