Course description |
There are two strands for this course: “Policy Proposal (China Program)” and “Policy Proposal (Domestic Program)” China Program: Koki Toyota and Hisako Umemura Domestic Program: Yoko Ichijo In both programs, lectures by professionals in the government, municipals, NPO/NGOs, and international organizations will provide platforms for understanding the needs of the society as well as opportunities for considering how to best set research goals, publish their results, and their applications. The students will learn overall procedures of policy proposal practically through field survey, discussions, presentations, and term papers. |
