A creation strategy of the new industry by rule making and the credit creation (example: The development of industry on the art) Summary Crossover between the industries make further progress by expansion of the global market and the evolution of the information technology. Moreover, fashion, design, urban development, and financial industry come to intervene in the art market which becomes gigantic. As a result, the art market is becoming industry. We will consider on the basis of Japanese specialty and industrial policy that Japan has possibility of infrastructure development and the industrial incubation to challenge a frontier of the new industry in comparison with U.S.A.,China and Europe. ( Learn from Apple and the operating system of the financial global industrialization. |

| Students will learn that creative solution approach to lead to innovation, and how you should connect your own research or study to innovation and have an ideal method and the internationality of the future study. Moreover, you consider by yourself based on the theme is given and polish your practice skill, applied skill, and problem solving ability through group discussion in the practical workshop. |
