1) Outlines of postharvest technologies and facilities 2) Theory and technologies of heat utilization 3) Precooling facilities and cold chain for vegetables 4) Drying and storing facilities for cereal grains 5) Image processing technologies (*) 6) Selecting and packaging facilities (*) 7) Case studies on postharvest facilities (*) 8) Examination (*) Marked contents will be given in a study excursion. |
