Acquisition of basic and applied statistical knowledge. Acquisition of data analysis techniques for using statistical package R.

| Course schedule |
|
We will teach basic and applied statistics necessary for biological science. In the course, you can learn the basic and applied statistics through learning about practical analytical techniques using the statistical package R. As the applied statistics, you can learn about quantitative genetics methods, i.e., QTL analysis, genome-wide association analysis, genomic selection, which are often used in breeding and genetics research.
