Course description
For implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), sustainable soil management is receiving remarkable attention from the global citizen. In this lecture, distribution of soil resources from national to global scale, major threats to world soil resources, and sustainable soil management for combating soil degradation are outlined and then, a framework to ensure world soil resources - Global Soil Partnership - will be introduced.
