Course description

The outline of metabolism: catabolic and anabolic reactions of fats and amino acids, and regulation of metabolism.

Expected Learning

Students will be able to explain catabolic and anabolic reactions of the body components (especially fats, amino acids, and proteins), and energy production and utilization accompanying the reactions.
