Course description
Silkworm is a unique insect which have been domesticated by breeding for a long time. More than 500 silkworm mutants (pigmentation, feeding habit, molting, growth and development, size, lethal, disease, and metabolism) have been reported so far. In this seminar, we will study “the reason for mutation” using many silkworm mutants.
