By comparing the east-west culture, sense of value (philosophy) and the view of the environment, in particular by re-irradiating the background of tea ceremony, we are planning to find hints for solving environmental problems.

We will look at the world (agriculture ・ environment) by summarizing in the seminar form and discussing with Camellia sinensis and tea ceremony clues.By comparing the east-west culture, sense of value (philosophy) and the view of the environment, in particular by re-irradiating the background of tea ceremony, we are planning to find hints for solving environmental problems. For the first time Prof. Watanabe gives a lecture on the outline, at that time, selects their presentation theme, and after the second time presentation by the students and discussion will be done.
