Course description
Students learn and perform the topographical survey at mountainous field by circumference surveying (transit and compass) of a given domain and by calculating surveying error distribution using the information of the known point coordinate. In addition, students perform the internal topography survey with compass.
This course is conducted intensively in the field as a "forest course"
Expected Learning
Students can use correctly various surveying instruments (transit, compasses, level).
Students understand a principle of the surveying error distribution and can calculate definitely.
Students can record and manage the field data correctly.
Course schedule
Level surveying and error distribution
A traverse survey(transit, compasses) and error distribution at a mountainous field.
Decision of the coordinate by the triangular surveying.
Making of the topographical map and the work report

Be careful!
There are two courses for Practice on SurveyingⅡ. This course is conducted intensively in the field as a "forest course" . We have another "agricultural engineering course" that is conducted every week class.
