Course description |
This course is conducted by Iwate University via a distance learning system. This course will teach students the importance of R & D using laboratory animals. Use of laboratory animals underpins various aspects of society, such as medicine and health. This course will also teach students the minimum required knowledge they will need to be veterinarians. |

Assessment/Grading |
Students who attend 70% or more classes (11 or more classes out of 15 classes) will be allowed to sit for an exam. Those students with a score of 60 points or higher on the exam will receive credit for this course. In principle, tardy arrival will not be allowed. Students will be graded overall on attendance of 70% or more of the classes in this course, quiz scores, and the score on the final exam. |
