Course description
Homeostasis refers to stability, balance, or equilibrium within a organ or the body. Endocrine system plays an important role in homeostasis because hormones secreted from endocrine organ regulate the activity of target organ. In this lecture, we learn the mechanism of the endocrine system in each organs.
Expected Learning
Through this lecture, we understand overviews of endocrine system, importance of each hormones to maintain the homeostasis and disruption of the endocrine system in some disease.
