Course description
Toxicology is the learning that clarifies the quality mechanism of the adverse effect of chemicals by an animal experiment and extrapolates the result to human.
The object of this lecture is growing understand about i) the meaning of the toxicology in the real world, ii) the toxic mechanisms on the level of molecular, cellular, organ, and individual, and iii) species difference of the reaction and pharmacokinetic of chemicals, and develop the ability to judge the adverse effect of chemicals. In addition it aims at training of the talented people who can contribute to development of the toxicology in future.
Expected Learning
The students would lean the significance of toxicology, and toxicity of chemicals and its effect on organism and circumstance.
