Diseases subject to surgical operations are on an increasing trend and the scope of the surgical application is expanding. What is important in surgery is to diagnose and determine whether the disease is a surgical indication and then select the best surgical method for them. Therefore, in this lecture, we will focus on grasping the disease condition of each disease, judging the indication, selecting the surgical method and extensive acquisition of postoperative management etc. PURPOSE: Knowledge and skill in a wide range of academic disciplines are required for surgical operation. In this lesson it is to master the knowledge technology of the surgical operation inclusive of them. |

第1回（10月3日）-福島-ガイダンス・精巣摘出術-ビデオ使用-精巣の解剖学・精巣摘出手術の術式の講義 第2回（10月10日）- 福島-精巣摘出術-生体使用-（雄4頭）-精巣摘出（４頭）の実施（生体） 第3回（10月17日）- 田中-整形外科-講義（ビデオ）-整形および神経外科手術に使用する器具、手術ビデオ（椎間板ヘルニアか関節外科）あるいは整形外科手術の手術準備法 第4回（10月24日）-田中-整形外科-講義と実習-生体使用（ビーグル実習犬4頭、切開なし）-整形外科手術の手術準備法の（講義と）実習 第5回（10月31日）-田中-整形外科-講義と実習（骨模型使用）-骨折治療法についての講義、骨模型を用いたプレート整復術の実習（4班に分かれて） 第6回（11月7日）-福島-脾臓摘出術・骨髄穿刺術-ビデオ使用-脾臓摘出術と骨髄穿刺が適応となる疾患について学び、その術式を理解することを目標とする 第7回（11月14日）-田中-泌尿器疾患-講義、ビデオまたは手術中継-各種泌尿器系の手術の術式について学習する 第8回（11月28日）-田中-泌尿器疾患-生体使用（ビーグル実習犬）切開はなし-各種泌尿器系の手術の術式について学習する 第9回（12月5日）-福島-肝臓疾患-ビデオ使用-肝臓の外科手術に関して講義し、実際の手術のビデオをみて理解する 第10回（12月12日）-福島-胃腸管疾患-縫合モデル使用-消化器系の外科の適応と術式について講義し、腸管縫合の手技に関してモデルを用いて練習する 第11回（12月19日）-田中-胸部疾患-講義、ビデオまたは手術中継-各種開胸手術の手術の術式について学習する 第12回-（1月9日）-田中-胸部疾患-生体使用（ビーグル実習犬）切開はなし-各種開胸手術の手術の術式について学習する 第13回（1月16日）-福島-卵巣子宮摘出術-講義-子宮卵巣摘出術の術式と術後管理の要点について講義する 第14回（1月23日）-福島-卵巣子宮摘出術 （雌4頭）-ビーグル犬を用いて実際に卵巣子宮摘出術を実施するとともに、腹腔内の主要臓器を観察する 第15回-（1月30日）-福島-テスト-筆記試験90分 |

Examination can be taken at an attendance rate of 80% The grade evaluation is based on the total (80%) of the written exams at the end of the semester conducted by each instructor and the attendance rate (20%) All attendance is desirable due to the nature and nature of the training. Entry qualification for tests shall be taken with attendance of 80% or more. For scoring, take into account attendance (attendance points). |
