Course description
Though “Chinese for BeginnersⅠ” and “Chinese for Beginners Ⅱ” are separated courses, students are strongly encouraged to take both courses because the two are consecutive. In particular, “Chinese for Beginners Ⅰ” aims to develop each student’s ability to read, write and recognize organizational patterns within the Chinese language.
Expected Learning
①Students should master the Chinese pinyin.
②Students can change the pronunciation of the four tones of Chinese.
③Students can speak the simple forms of daily conversations in Chinese.
④Students can write the simple essays in Chinese.
⑤Students can understand the different cultures of Chinese cultural sphere.
