Course description |
・Goal and Theme This experiment aim is to master basic experimental techniques based on essential study for engineering science. We will study wide range of biotechnology techniques and form the right solution of research data. Topics include organic chemistry practice, physical chemistry practice, molecular biology practice, biochemistry practice, and instrumental analysis in biotechnology. ・Outline of class In molecular biology - biochemistry practice, we will study mammals cell culture and gene transfer method. In organic chemistry - physical chemistry practice, we will study protein characteristics in thermal stability, 3D structure and recombinant protein method. In addition, we will learn basic biological instrumental analysis. |
