In this lecture, we we outline the basic physical properties of various materials used in the electric and electronic industry field, inclluding devive applications of the materials. Through this lecture, the sudents will acquire fundamental material and device technologies that will be indispensable as researchers and engineers working in the electric and electronic fields in the future. |
