| Among extracellular matrix components, methodology of collagen preparation and its utilization (e.g. medicine, cosmetics and food) will be introduced. Additionally, availability of major basement membrane component, laminin, for the substrate of cell culture of iPS cell will be lectured. Furthermore, simple experiment using collagen will be demonstrated. |
