Course description |
An introduction to the principles and practices involved in the propagation and breeding of some crops. The course will also review the NBT (New Plant Breeding Techniques) by genome editing and DNA methylation. 人間が遺伝資源として利用している植物には多種多様な繁殖方法があり,栽培や育種に大きく関わっている.また,近年ではこれまでの組織培養や遺伝子組み換え技術に加え,ゲノム編集やDNAメチル化を利用した新しい植物育種技術(NBT; New Plant Breeding Techniques) などを活用した,繁殖や育種が行われている.本科目では,植物の基本的な繁殖法から最新の植物繁殖・育種技術までを含めた内容を紹介する. |
