Course description |
Food system and agribusiness are developing with the globalization of agriculture and food market. By this subject, we think a food system from a global viewpoint, grasp the present conditions and problems and examine the future prospects. |
Expected Learning |
The goal of this course is that students will be able to understand food system more deeply through reading text books and discussion. |
Course schedule |
The first half of the course will be given by Eriko Miyama, and the last half will be by Hideaki Jindai. This course is mainly consisted of presentations by students about the textbooks. Detailed schedule will be announced by e-mail considering everyone's schedule, so please attend the first class and give your contact to the lecturer. |
