We think about significance of the business ethics and understand compliance, CSR, corporate governance, and the internal control.

Expected Learning

1. To understand compliance, corporate social responsibility (CSR), corporate governance, an internal control. 2. To acquire the ability to extract underlying ethical issues from actual cases.
