Course description |
Learn how to analyze the research and development capabilities of the organization, and learn the basic theory for building a strategy. Use bibliometrics theory and variety of data to analyze R & D trend, and understand the position of each organization in research and development capabilities. |

Assessment/Grading |
Evaluation will be determined by the 5-point method. 5 (S): Superior. 4(A): Good. 3(B): Fair. 2(C): Poor. 1(D): Not Applicable. Evaluation will be done only to those who have handed in all of Reports and who have attendance of 70% or more, students with attendance of 70% or less will not be evaluated. Each instructor will give an assignment, and evaluate.
