Course description |
This lecture consists "basic" understanding of engineering and chemistry/physics related to particulate matter (fine particles). To understand "material function design" through "particle engineering". Student will learn about the physical properties of micro- and nano-particles, the measurement method, the dispersed particle system (especially in the gas phase), and examples of the particle design and manufacturing process as functional material. |
Expected Learning |
Understand the characteristics of particulate matter (fine particles) and understand its functionalization. |
Course schedule |
1. Size reduction of material (It is also included the content of the lecture of the first half (1)) 2. Design and synthesis of materials: Seeking the combination (including factors from mining-site) 3. Functionalization and evaluation method of substances |
