Course description
To polish the basic ability as a researcher in the field of bio-interaction, students attending to this class collect information regarding specific recognition and interaction between creatures or between molecules of creatures. And then, students review, analyze, make presentation and discuss about them.
Expected Learning
Student must generate own logic and strategy of development in the research fields concerning specific recognition and interaction between creatures or between molecules of creatures.
Course schedule
Students review many papers regarding for example molecular interaction between some kinds of toxins from microorganisms and their host, recognition of microorganisms by immune system, host plant recognition of insects to analyze history and mechanism of expansion of their research fields. Furthermore, students make their original view point and strategies for development of the research. Students make presentation and discuss about them.
