Course description
The instructor of this course is Prof. Kimiho chino of Shinshu University. This is a three-day intensive course on August 6th, 7th, and 8th.
We will deeply understand the purpose of mathematics education and mathematical activities. We will examine the contents in algebra, geometry, function, and statistics considering the mathematical background. We will make knowledge and skills for students in teaching plan(s) explicit. Also, we will understand deeply guiding students learning and assessment/evaluation in classes.
Expected Learning
To understand the purpose, goals and contents of the mathematics education shown in the "course of study".
To acquire the knowledge and skills for making teaching plan(s) in junior high or high schools.
