Course description
This course aims to obtain the knowledge and information for the international exchange especially in Southeast Asia. By knowing the current TUAT’s internationalization and its background, the students observe and analyze their own motivation and communication for more effective study abroad experience.
Expected Learning
1) To develop awareness of students’ own faculty and department including the relation with oversea partner universities.
2) To understand the importance of preparation and readiness for the effective communication in different culture and situation.
3) To implement the goal setting and preparation for their future experience based on the appropriate recognition of international exchange.
4) To acquire ethical perspective and communication skills in the field of agricultural science, natural science, social science and Humanities regarding food, resource, environment. (Interest, Motivation, Attitude, and Expression.)

Prerequisites
You are to spend 15 hours in the class, and 30 hours in completing the essay task and presentation preparation. You are expected to prepare for and review, the classes spending the standard amount of time as specified by the University for each class, using the handouts the reference books.

Grades are given based on 50% on class performance, 20% on assignment, and 30% on reports.
