Course description
This course provide a basic subject of the department.

In environmental science and natural resources science, we use various kinds of instrumental analytical techniques both for the research and development and for the practical purposes.
In this course, overviews of some major techniques of instrumental analysis except for those lectured in Instrumental Analysis I are given.
For each technique, the overview of the principle, the equipment, and applications are given by the professor who routinely uses it.
Expected Learning
For each instrumental analysis techniques handled in the lecture,
(1) Understand the outline of the measurement principle.
(2) Understand the configuration of the equipment and the outline of the measurement procedure.
(3) Understand what kind of information can be obtained based on practical examples.
