This lecture will be conducted by Dr. Yoshinori Kondo, the principal researcher of the Center for Regional Environmental Research, National Institute for Environmental Studies. The date of the lecture will be announced in this syllabus and web bulletin board as soon as possible. Vehicle is most important transportation method for human and materials and has been used in the world. While vehicle faces some issues, atmospheric pollution, low carbon emission and so on. In this lecture, the researches for the assessments of the vehicular emission and the attempts for the low carbon emission will be lectured. In addition, the low load transportation method and system for the environment, life and social will be discussed, and the examples of the corroboration between the created method and system, by the discussion, and the local government will be lectured. |

(1) Assessments of the vehicular emissions effect of the vehicular emission on the environment, the measurement method of the vehicular emission, variation of the regulation of the vehicular emission (2)Attempts of the low emission transportation examples of the attempts of the low emission transportation, small-size mobility system for the old people. (3)transportation system for the low pollution current and developing transportation system, examples of the transportation system in the foreign country, possibility of the application in Japan |
