Course description
This course is an intensive lecture given by Eri Matsubara, a member of the Forest Research Institute. It is positioned as a subject related to resource use in specialized subjects of department of evnronmental and natural resource sciences. The outline of the lecture is as follows.

"Learn about the effects of forest resources on people's bodies and minds, and deepen their understanding of how to use resources in living space and maintain health. We also learn about extraction methods, component compositions, analysis methods, etc. In addition, you actually measure the physiological response when you smell."
Expected Learning
The standard for this lecture are to be able to understand and explain how forest resources relate to human health and how to use them in the living space.
