Course description |
This practice aims to acquire basic skills related to veterinary internal science and surgery for industrial animals (mainly cattle), and to acquire the communication skills necessary for veterinary medicine. The contents of the lesson below may change as necessary. This lecture is provided by a professor with practical experience. The professor has veterinary clinical experience in veterinary medicine, and introduces clinical cases related to the veterinary internal medicine and veterinary surgery. |
Expected Learning |
(1) Preparation, tidying, moving, etc. can be carried out quickly. (2) Observe and evaluate cattle individuals and cattle groups, and acquire basic knowledge and skills of internal medicine and surgery. (3) Communication skills necessary for veterinary medicine can be practiced. Prerequisites |
Understand basic subjects such as anatomy and physiology, and clinical subjects such as internal medicine for economic animals. In addition to 45 hours that students spend in the class, students are recommended to prepare for and revise the lectures, spending the standard amount of time as specified by the University and using the lecture handouts as well as the references specified below. |

Message from instructor(s) |
Attendance who are not going to the field of farm animal practice in the future, shold be practiced more enthusiastically. As such people will probably have no opportunity to touch economic animals after graduation, this practice will be a precious good opportunity to learn. |
