Course description
This course covers differentiation and integration of functions of one variable. Calculus is the foundation of modern mathematics. It plays an important role in understanding a wide range of fields such as statistics, chemistry and biology.

Takafumi Mase (a part-time lecturer) will be in charge of this course.
Expected Learning
The goals of this course are to
(1) Learn the calculation skills of differentiation / integration of functions of one variable.
(2) Understand the basic theory of differentiation / integration of functions of one variable.

Prerequisites
Mathematics in high school (especially Mathematics III) is necessary.
